I am a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur under the supervision of Dr. Deepak Mishra. My research is focused on the rapidly advancing field of medical image analysis, where I am developing cutting-edge AI algorithms to automatically recognize complex patterns in medical imaging data and provide quantitative assessments of radiographic characteristics. My research interests lie in the development of self-supervised learning algorithms, which are an essential component of modern AI systems. These algorithms enable machines to learn from vast amounts of unlabeled data and provide accurate predictions in a range of fields, including medical imaging. Through my research, I aim to improve the accuracy and efficiency of medical image analysis, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
Research Interests
My research interests are centered on computer vision for medical images, with a particular focus on radiographic images. Medical imaging is an essential tool in modern healthcare, enabling doctors to visualize and diagnose a wide range of conditions. However, interpreting medical images can be challenging due to the complexity of the human body and the variety of potential abnormalities that can be present. Computer vision and machine learning techniques have shown great promise in aiding medical professionals with image interpretation, particularly in the field of radiology. As a PhD student in computer science and engineering at IIT Jodhpur, my research is focused on developing AI algorithms for medical image analysis, with a particular emphasis on radiographic images. Particularly, I am actively interested in domains like self-supervised learning algorithms, and federated learning, My ultimate goal is to deploy highly efficient multi-modal non-contrastive frameworks that can aid in precise and timely diagnosis, ultimately improving patient outcomes. By leveraging the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning, I believe we can revolutionize medical image analysis and make significant contributions to the field of healthcare.
